I have known Sulamita and Stephan for a few years. My husband and I were looking for a home about two years ago, and Stephan was the listing agent of a home that we both loved. This was during Covid and the market was slow, so we had a lot of questions. Stephan was very patient and provided much appreciated advice. Even though we ended up not buying the home, Stephan's expertise and diligence left a great impression. Since then, whenever a home comes available that meets our criteria, Stephan and Sulamita would reach out to keep us informed. So, we always are on top of what the current housing market trend is in our area.
When time came to sell our custom lot, we only considered Stephan and Sulamita of the USKO Realty team for the listing. Irina Shevchenko did an amazing job with putting our house on the market. She did a lot of behind the scenes work! During the open house she had people lined up outside to get in to see the house because the house was listed very well!
