I have known Sulamita and Stephan for a few years. My husband and I were looking for a home about two years ago, and Stephan was the listing agent of a home that we both loved. This was during Covid and the market was slow, so we had a lot of questions. Stephan was very patient and provided much appreciated advice. Even though we ended up not buying the home, Stephan's expertise and diligence left a great impression. Since then, whenever a home comes available that meets our criteria, Stephan and Sulamita would reach out to keep us informed. So, we always are on top of what the current housing market trend is in our area.
When time came to sell our custom lot, we only considered Stephan and Sulamita of the USKO Realty team for the listing. The market sentiment was already starting to change, with price drops and increased inventory throughout the region. However, after the property was listed, we received multiple offers within the first two days. Our custom lot sold in less than 15 days and for more than the asking price!!! Stephan and Sulamita were amazing during the process. We were updated almost everyday on the status of the sale, and were notified as soon as an issue came up and advised on how to resolve it. Stephan and Sulamita made the entire process easy and stress free, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen them as our listing agents. Irina Shevchenko did an amazing job with putting our house on the market. She did a lot of behind the scenes work! During the open house she had people lined up outside to get in to see the house because the house was listed very well!
We received 32 offers and we had close to 70 showings in one weekend. She made the process of selling extremely smooth. She even answered our emails/calls during her vacation trip in Mexico.
